Quiggle joins the Otters as an early-season pickup via trade from the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks (American Association). He played collegiately at Grand Canyon University until he was drafted but the Detroit Tigers in the 16th round of the 2019 June Amateur Draft. In college, Quiggle had a .286 batting average with 109 hits in his 117 game career. After being drafted, Quiggle spend part of 2019 with the Tiger's Low-A team, the Connecticut Tigers. After the cancelled minor league 2020 season, he picked it back up in 2021 with the High-A West Michigan Whitecaps and the Double-A level Erie SeaWolves. He concluded the 2021 season witht he Idaho Falls Chukars in the Pioneer League, dominating with a .381 average in the 68 games he played with Idaho Falls. Quiggle spent 2022 in the American Association with Sioux Falls.
