Brett Adcock joins the Otters for the 2022 season after being acquired via trade from the Sioux City Explorers (American Association). Adcock has a wealth of experience in both collegiate and affiliated baseball. After three seasons at the University of Michigan, Adcock was drafted in the fourth round of the 2016 MLB June Amateur Draft but the Houston Astros. Across the last six years, Adcock has pitched in Double-A Corpus Christi, Single-A Tri-City, Buies Creek and Quad City. He has a 16-17 overall record and .492 ERA across all his affiliated baseball experiences. In 2021, Adcock had a 5-8 record for Sioux City, with a 5.30 ERA.
