Matthew Will enters his fifth season with the Otters, his fourth as Director of Communications and Baseball Operations. Will is a Wichita, Kansas native, graduating from Bulter Community College (El Dorado, Kan.) in 2019 with an associate's degree in Mass Communications. In the summer of 2022, he completed his bachelor's degree in Sport Management, with a concentration in Sports Communications from the University of Southern Indiana.

Will served as the Otters' broadcast intern throughout the 2022 season before being named Director of Communications in August. He will continue to oversee one of the league's top broadcast feeds on both HomeTeam Network and the Otters Digital Network. Will also manages the team's social media platforms and website, oversees the press box staff throughout the season, designs and manages all content seen on the videoboard throughout the game, handles the team's media relations and advertising and assists the coaching staff with all baseball operations.  

During the offseason, Will is also the public address voice of University of Southern Indiana Women's Basketball team, also working as a play-by-play voice for some men's basketball and baseball on ESPN+. Will also assists with the OVC Basketball Tournaments and NCAA Division II Elite 8 at Ford Center each March.
