Matthew Will is beginning his second season with the Otters, his first as Director of Communications. Will is a Wichita, Kansas native, graduating from Bulter Community College (El Dorado, Kan.) in 2019 with an associate's degree in Mass Communications. In the summer of 2022, he completed his bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Southern Indiana.

Will served as the Otters' broadcast intern throughout the 2022 season before being named Director of Communications in August. He will continue to manage one of the league's top broadcast feeds on both FloSports and the Otters Digital Network. Will also manages the team's social media platforms and website, handles the team's media relations and assists the coaching staff with baseball operations. 

During the offseason, Will is also serving as a broadcaster at the University of Southern Indiana, broadcasting basketball and baseball on ESPN+. Will assists at the Univerity of Evansville as well, running the shot clock for all men's basketball home games.
