In the spirit of the new year, members of the Evansville Otters staff have put together their resolutions for 2012!
Take a look to see some of the things we are looking forward to!

Andy McCauley, Manager:
Work out more, eat less. Laugh more, stress less. Win more, lose less.
Bix Branson, Vice President:
To work with my fellow employees to create an atmosphere and experience that all fans will remember and want to return to again and again.
Bill Bussing, President:
On a personal level, I’d like to get more sleep but our ultimate team goal this season is to win the 2012 Frontier League Championship.
Casie Williams, Accounts Receivable:
To keep in touch better with those from my past who I want in my present. Live, Laugh & Love as much as possible & to put a smile on as many faces as possible.
Evan the Otter, team mascot and superfan:
Definitely get in the water and swim a lot more. Have to be in tip top Otter shape for Opening Day on May 18th!
Jake Riffert, Director of Operations:
Make a positive impact on the beauty of historic Bosse Field and help create a great place to work and have fun.
Joel Padfield, Director of Sales & Revenue Development:
Living each day as if it were my last and adhering to my motto: “Work Hard and Play Harder.”
Kevin Cope, Director of Player Personnel:
My goal for the Otters is to make the playoffs and my resolution is to work on my Spanish.
Lance Adler, Sports Turf Manager:
I resolve to keep the mound height at 15'' or less regardless of coercive pleas from pitchers and coaching staffs in 2012.
Mike Radomski, Director of Media Relations/Broadcasting:
My new year’s resolution is to keep being the hardest worker possible and the best radio broadcaster I can be, but above all, my goal is to be a better person each and every day in 2012.
