05/14/2009 5:00 PM - The Otters will open the 2009 season with the 5th Annual Evansville Otters Exhibition Game for Jacob’s Village Friday at 7:05 at Bosse Field as they take on the Southern Illinois Miners. Before the action on the field begins, experience Fan Fest from 5-7pm. Come out and join local youth organizations as they showcase programs and activities available to area youth. Admission is absolutely free, and there is plenty of fun to be had. Bounce and slide on our inflatables, meet Evan and Eva Otter, and tour the Frontier League Baseball Museum. During the game stay tuned for the Booster Club half-pot drawing, door prizes, clowns, and balloon animals!
Jacob’s Village is a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of people with functional disabilities by offering accessible living accommodations in a caring, home-like environment.
