(EVANSVILLE, INDIANA) - The Evansville Otters are excited to announce a free baseball clinic for local boys and girls.
Children will have an opportunity to play at Historic Bosse Field on Friday, August 3 and Saturday, August 4, learning the game from manager Andy McCauley and the Otters players.
“We are very excited to partner with the kids of the tri-state for this clinic,” McCauley said. “This will be a day full of learning and fun. Our staff is really looking forward to helping the next wave of baseball players.”
The first session on Friday, August 3 will be held for boys and girls ages 8-11 while the camp on Saturday, August 4 will be for boys and girls aged 12-15 years old.
Each session will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a number of different workout stations.
There will also be food and drink for everyone after the clinic ends.
Each session can only hold 150 children.
