Why working for the Otters is different than any other job you've had:
In a single day I could blow up balloons, pop popcorn, attend a meeting and clean bathrooms all before the gates open at 5:30.
Interesting fact that people would not know to ask about you:
I have been to 24 Major League ballparks and have met Youppi (former mascot of the Montreal Expos).
Summary: Evansville native Deana Johnson joined the Otters in 2004 as an account executive and party planner. She served as the Otters' general manager in 2007. A 1992 graduate of Reitz High School,
Deana attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she majored in English. Deana began her career working at the customer counter at United Parcel Service. After completing the UPS Management Training Program,
she was promoted to an operations management specialist. Most recently Deana worked as the retail manager at Parcel Packing and Shipping. Deana has also been a water aerobics instructor at the YMCA and the YWCA.
She and Husband Eric, a risk modeler at American General Financial Services, have one son, Cooper, born October 12.
