University of Evansville senior Allie Fowler is in her second year as an Otter Belle. Allie spent four years with Stars Cheer Elite and Stars Dance Elite. She was a member of Memorial High School's dance team for three years, serving as senior team captain of the Tigerettes in 2002-03. Allie is majoring in visual communications at UE, where she has been a member of the dance team for three years.
